Presenter: Dr. Paul Withey from Withey Consulting Group.
Dr. Paul Withey currently resides in Houston, Texas, and is CEO of Withey Consulting Group. He is an executive consultant who assists several organizations with strategic business development and operations. He has extensive experience in the financial industry, non-profit and for-profit organizations, political campaigns, the healthcare industry, public relations/marketing, financial services/investment, product/strategy development, demographic analysis, insurance, database management, database mining, report writing, and IT system analysis and development.
Dr. Withey earned his Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Leadership in 2012. He has taught as an adjunct professor, authored several peer-reviewed journal articles, spoken and presented at numerous national and international seminars and conferences, and published a book on chaos theory and leadership practices.
Dr. Withey has worked in the credit union industry since 1997 as an employee, board member, and consultant. He has served as Cornerstone Credit Union League Region 1 – Southeast Texas Director from 2012 to 2019, Texas Governmental Affairs Subcommittee from 2011 to 2019, Chairman of Texas Governmental Affairs Subcommittee from 2017 to 2019, Vice Chairman of Cornerstone Credit Union League Audit Committee from 2013 to 2019, Houston Chapter of Credit Union’s Board Member/Ex Officio (2004-2012), Houston Chapter of Credit Unions President, and much more credit union involvement and healthcare involvement. Dr. Withey also served as a board member, committee member, and the Vice Chairman of Members Choice Credit Union’s Board of Directors from 2014 to 2023.
