The "Partners for Progress" program is designed to support the ongoing efforts of the small credit unions. With many of the small credit unions experiencing limited resources they can benefit from this program which provides assistance through:

• Better communication efforts on services provided to small sized credit unions from the Texas Credit Union League and other credit union resources.
• A networking of referrals for technical assistance (which in some instances is available through larger credit unions).
• Distribution of donated equipment, supplies, etc.
• Provide educational meetings (based on the participants needs/request).
• Involvement in their local communities i.e.Credit Unions for Kids, Ad co-op, Legal and Legislative issues, etc.
• Provide the support and assistance from larger credit union managers to ensure the success of this program.

Basically, the Partners for Progress Program is to analyze what resources are being directed and could be directed toward the smaller credit unions.
